OEM Shark fin PPF Removal

I'm talking about the Shark fin on the rear wheel arch. How did you remove yours?

At some stage I plan on removing it once it yellows too much.

Some basic research tells that a hairdryer is adequate in removing it. But I'm keen to learn if there's a better/easier way and seeing how your experience was removing it.
