BM3 Logo Review, Wastegate Duty Cycle at 100% on Higher RPM - Need Help

Hi,

I have been dealing this high-end RPM stutter issue with tuner a while even tried the complete leaking inspection, DV+ reinstallation etc, but I'm still running a bit stutter on higher RPM(6.5K to 6.9K). I'm at sea level but running 100% for WGDC on higher RPM in 3rd/4th pull which cause my boost drop in this period. I have been trying to work with custom tuner to smooth out that part but only small improvement.

I'm wondering if you have the similar situation. Or anything you would suggest to do to improve the situation. PTF said I'm maxing out my OEM turbo, but not convinced by that.

Last thing I just found out the consistent misfire for cylinder 1 and 2 from 3K to 5K during 3/4th gear pull on custom map after I mixed 93/110 octane in my tank. So strange but nothing happened on OTS map with this mixed. I like to get your thoughts.

My mods for 2017 DCT N55, 93Octane Pump
- DV+, Charge/Boost/Inlet pipes, CTS Intake, Catted DP and CSF IC.

OTS Log: http://www.bootmod3.net/log?id=5d5802edc090c644084cb552

Custom Log: http://www.bootmod3.net/log?id=5d5804c2c090c644084cb558

Any inputs are highly appreciated!

Thanks.

I changed from first edition eventuri back to stock intake last night and my iat dropped 4 degrees. Which seemed to help as I have less throbbing of boost, but mine is still doing similar things but way lower boost. I’m at elevation of 3300 feet and I don’t get that much boost. You are getting a lot of boost. I’d try changing plugs and maybe try swapping coils 3 and 1 and see if the problem with timing follows the coil. As it is strange that only one cylinder is pulling timing. Mine did act up like that when I had bad octane issues. Sounds like you are already addressing octane.

Or whichever coil is the one pulling timing. I only looked at your ots log

Actually I don't the misfire situation on OTS map, only happened on custom map. So I'm convinced that I have the bad plug. My plug has been running for 19K miles only, shall I worry about the plug? I'm thinking if I have he bad plug, I should have the misfire for OTS and Stock map right?
