Pros:
1. MDM mode is so good. I almost spun out because I couldn't control an oversteer in the rain on the ring but the car recognized I fucked up and immediately stopped me from spinning out. 2. The steering feedback is the best I've driven and this EPS matches (if is not better than) my 2008 Miata with Hydraulic steering. Cons: 1. Exhaust is pretty quiet in all modes. Might consider getting a midpipe. 2. turning radius is huuuuuuge. My 320i has a smaller turning radius and my old 228i has an even smaller turning radius. I'm definitely struggling sometimes with backing into parking lots |

Pros:
1. Perfectly balanced all rounder. The right amount of power, amazing handling, magic steering, good ride comfort in a perfectly sized and specced package. You wouldn’t change a thing. 2. No image problems. Very stylish and (just) quiet enough to prevent any accusation of a mid life crisis. Cons 1. Takes much longer to park looking for the perfect spot to prevent some hitman/woman from dinging the panels. 2. Danger of walking into people or objects as you are compelled to look back every time you park the car. |

Pros:
The small size makes driving feel more connected. The sound is actually not too bad. Could be louder or atleast have manual control of the valves. The powertrain suits the car nicely. Cons: The awful wheel hop. The 1-2 shift can be quite jerky unless you slip it slightly. The look of the rear end is quite plain and does not give off the same aggressive vibe as the front.

Well... as I continue to wait, my patience grows weary.
Pro: I now have a VIN, production has started. Con: I don’t have it yet. Third thread update... Top Pro: Power leads the pack. Top Con: Range is going all the way, to the next gas station. This probably explains why there’s a thread in the Photos section called “M2’s Getting Gas Pictures”. |

Weight plays a huge role in a proper sports car. The Miata ND is a good example! |

The F80 chassis drives like a boat...been driving all iterations of them since 2014 and I've never loved the car. The M2C however feels amazing by comparison. If I wanted a boat I'd get an M6.

Pros: - shorter wheel base and excellent handling make this thing insanely fun to drive
-all the mechanical sounds, turbos spooling, crackles and pops, the roar from 4K and above on the tachometer Cons -seat belts are super hard to reach, but you get used to it - the car is heavy, but still feels very nimble Exhaust noise tip! I always fold the back seats down for extra sound, makes a very big difference and I've done this to all of my cars!

Nope, 100% stock. Its pretty well discussed that the M2C has a bad case of wheelhop especially when roads are wet.

Stock tires/suspension. Its definitely a wet conditions issue. I dont think it happens on dry tarmac.

Not sure why you are spreading misinformation. Per BMW, the m2c is 3600 lbs and the m4 is 3625 lbs. While not super light, I can’t think of any other 400+ hp cars with a useable back seat and a manual that are lighter (at any price point!). Plus, there are a lot of parts available to make the m2c even lighter if that’s your jam, whereas the m4 has less opportunity for further weight savings.
