LCI Dash Trim Custom Painted BSM!
You may recall the original LCI interior photo's that depicted the current aluminum colored strip under the CF dash insert as being gloss black. Thats what everyone expected on their LCI M2 and then it ended up not coming that way. Well I really liked the look of that so I had all the dash pieces removed and painted BSM to match my cars exterior. I also had IND paint my CF steering wheel trim BSM as well . I'm thrilled with the outcome and thought I'd post some pics in case anyone else ever thought of doing the same.

I was planning to do it in my X5 b/c all the stock bamboo cracked but the surface was still smooth. IND does such nice work. Shame there aren't more local shops like them willing to do custom work. |
