Is MPE made of titanium?

Is the MPE made from titanium, i know they offer titanium tips, but if you have the CF tips, the metal is still titanium or steel underneath?

Also is the MPE different for OG than whats offered for the M3/4/m2c (as far as materials are concerned)??
