My suggestion would be to call another dealer in the same market to confirm/deny.

I got 2.89% after just a bit of back and forth, and as far as I could tell, 2.89% was not advertised where I am.
Another dealer in CT has a Black 6MT, I'll call the dealer on Monday to confirm if as a Massachusetts resident I can get the 2.89%

My dealer already got caught in a few lies, the last was just get the car at the higher rate then just refinance next month

Must wait 6 months per bmw financial
Not really a lie but misleading

It's rain/sleet/snow outside, I'm aggravated, they have my deposit, my build is next week, euro delivery in February

Suppose to be simple, do you have a slot for euro deliver? Will you sell at msrp - 5% and give me bmw base rate pending my credit, YES, but all these games

That's terrible. Where was your '18 M2 when it was stolen?

Sometimes cars get delayed at port, because it gets selected for a full port security inspection. It can take weeks before they release the car. In scenarios like that I know BMW NA will step in to take care of the customer by offering them a loaner vehicle while they wait. Might be worth inquiring about ordering another M2c if they'll offer you a loaner in the meantime. Maybe a long shot, but you got nothing to lose by asking.

Nice, that brings back memories. I helped a friend mod his Jeep years ago by installing a lift kit and doing a bunch of other stuff. His looked very similar to yours. We had a lot of fun in that thing!

Forgive me for prying but your story interest me, especially since I live in NY also but how does a new M2 get stolen? Did they tow it or you got carjacked?

I know they can't hot-wire it, so they must of had the key somehow.

Update - dealer doing right thing. Have the option of a 2020 allocation at same discount or lease a m3cs at a really incredible price...

Don't know his particular situation, but unfortunately, motivated thieves can take almost anything these days. Electronic devices can be obtained relatively inexpensively on the web that can latch onto and control your key remotely, amplifying the signal. The thief sits in his car outside your house, hacks your key that's sitting safely on your bedroom dresser, amplifies the signal so that it unlocks and starts your car in the driveway, and he's off. How to prevent this? Keep your car keys in your fridge, freezer or microwave. The metal insulation keeps it inaccessible to remote hacking. I kid you not.

This is true, I know a few people where they got the Key mapped just from someone else being near....

Didn't want to jump to conclusions but that also crossed my mind.

All I know, if it wasn't towed, I'm a 100% percent sure they somehow had access to the key fob and it wasn't cloned.

M3 CS is probably the best F80/F82. I doubt you'll regret it.
