It's pretty sweet! I like the widebody kit, and the interior is pretty sweet too.

But likely not 600whp, not with a ps2 anyways.

Cooling probably won't be sufficient for a drift car since drifting has low air flow. Plus the sump may not be able to sustain those g forces during sharp transitions because it's only rated for 1.2 lateral G's.

Not even close enough to an actual competing drift car but kudos for building a show car in record time.

I agree, but if it was intended as a fun drift car not for serious competition it's not bad. But if that's a serious drift car it would need alot of work to the steering components to get more steering angle on slides.

I only saw parts of the video, but how did that engine get 600WPH?

Cheers

iirc I've seen one or two off ps2 that broke the 500whp and hit 600whp, but it was a really rrally inefficient at that point with high iats, and barely made it to 600whp for a brief moment on the Dyno graph. Mostly ps2 makes 550whp, some hit 580, but generally 500whp is common with sufficient fuelling and octane.

I think the 600whp was likely a crank horsepower number, but I didn't really watch the video all the way through so I don't know of there was a Dyno graph.

No...no dyno graph, just threw that number out there.
But the guy seems to have all supporting mods for a reliable vehicle.

I believe he said fuel pumps, intercooler, DP, turbo, port injection..etc.

Definitely more costly to extract more from these n55 motors.
Sounds glorious when he is pulling away lol

Edit...but yea, 600whp sounds like a stretch. But isn't everyone here chasing bigger HP numbers to feel better about themselves

Yeah he's got all the available parts to help support the car and also from the best vendors that offer them too imo. But for a drift car I don't think it's sufficient at all to make sure the car doesn't break when it undergoes those long drift sessions.

No lol, not everyone is chasing glory numbers, I'm going for about 450whp+/- for a balanced track car.

I seriously don't get why people assume that kids with cars that cost 60k+ paid for them themselves? This all started with his parent's money.

There is no assumption here that he paid for his cars.
You obviously didn't see his other cars, including a Lambo.
So, the question is: where does he gets his money, as I don't see his channel as the means.
You have a link that shows his story, including parent's support? Or was that your assumption?

Youtube is filled with these nitwits abusing fancy cars like disposable items to create content for their channels.
From the looks they, at most, work in retail for their day jobs.
How do they afford the insurance on those cars, let alone the hardware?

When you're really popular you get alot of sponsorships so that explains the hardware. The cars, well probably YouTube and social media money. Either that or he has a really good job, but that isn't my business.
