Quick question regarding signal/indicator lever?
Thanks, all.
I recently took delivery of my M2C, having come from an M235i. Quick question. In the M2C, the signal lever is the "old style", where I nudge up or down to do the 3-flash lane-change indication, but to signal a left or right turn, I noticed that the lever stays in the full up/down position, until cancelled by the rotating steering wheel. Is that the same as everyone else's? In my M235i (and in virtually all recent BMW cars I haven driven as of the last few years), when you do a full signal, for turning left/right, once I have activated the turn signal, the lever returns to the neutral, or level, position?? Seemed like a minor step backwards, to me? First world problems, I know... Thanks for your help, all.

That would be a minor inconvenience, albeit an unfortunate one.

Thanks for the replies, guys. Very true - it certainly does boil down to personal preference.
I am just used to all the previous BMWs that we have had in the recent past, so this felt like a step backwards, to me. Cheers
