Make sure you get one of these though in Canada. Risk of ice chunks causing you to dump your engine oil all over the road is.. probably not quite trivial.

Aaaaand a couple hours after parking it lol
Also, good call on the oil pan guard although holy shit thats nearly $1000 CAD taxed and shipped. I'll probably see if someone local can get one machined or if alternatives pop up with other vendors.
