5,06% or 3100 euros TVAC (if price for base M2C manual stated) on the latest price of the M2 ( increased twice from the launch of not mistaken).

P.S. AFAIK, in Belgium, 3 was average number of allocations for M2 also, maybe 4 for high volume dealers.

Interesting (and weird), as my rep wasn't able to put in the actual order in the system yet. Configuration/pricing offer was fine, but build slots weren't available it seemed.
He was expecting delivery to take place around November and would update me on Monday after contacting Belgium's "HQ" in Bornem.

Do you mind sharing the dealer? I went to Juma Leuven.

interesting that the M3 seats aren't standard on the competition.

Probably comes down to that markets specific price sensitivities. Canada and US generally come pretty loaded. BMW can decrease the base price by cutting options in different countries.

That price without the VAT converts to $62,989 USD. 15% increase over current base price!

Doesn’t work that way, never do a straight conversion.

The current M2 is $50,579 in Belgium. Does the M2 cost $59,960 in US?

The price in Canada for a loaded M2C is 71K CAD, which converts to $55K USD. So does this mean US will get 0% increase over the current base price?

As @BlackJetE90 pointed out, that's not how you calculate pricing in different countries. You should focus on the percentage increase just to get a rough idea on the potential price increase in a different country.

That's just a conversion of the Canadian dollar to US. Don't think we can run across the border for cars, though.

81595€ (21%VAT included) fully loaded, if I made my math right. And no discount possible, I'm afraid.
And after that come the accessories, like the 19" 641M winter wheels kit (3500€)... and the large catalog of M-performance parts. And then the nice Belgian state asks you a tax of 5657€ to allow you to put the car on the road, and also a yearly tax of 808€ to allow you to drive the car (well, in the south of the country at least; in the north, taxes are different).
Being a car enthusiast has a price, and it's pretty high, especially in some European countries like Belgium

Exactly my point! It was just a little bit of sarcasm since the person I quoted did the same conversion from Belgium pricing. Bottom line is, you just cannot estimate the US or another country's pricing by doing a direct conversion. It is just meaningless. That's why I said looking at the price increase (before VAT/tax) in terms of the percentage will give you a better idea on what to expect.

Unbelievably all those prices outside the Netherlands. I have already informed the dealer several times, but the price of a 'bare' M2 Competition will only start from 100k in the Netherlands ...

As a fellow Belgian, I urge you to check with your sales rep or switch dealers: there most certainly are discounts on the M2C.
