Stop Sale due to Passenger Airbag
Anyone heard about this?
My SA told me my car will be delayed in Port due to a stop sale because of the passenger airbag. The port has to wait for parts to come in and then fix whatever is wrong. Shame...is this common? |

This happens from time to time, not common but not unheard of. The good news is they caught the issue and will resolve it before you ever take delivery. The OG M2 had a delay on some early cars also, can't recall why but they resolved it quickly.

I can't find any bulletins about this. Interesting.
I think we would be aware of this seeing as many deliveries have already taken place. I'm sure we'd see a recall notice somewhere At least employees would on Dealerspeed. |

I think it's only certain VIN's. Which makes no sense at all. Or your SA is blowing wind.
