I added a little bit more 3M tape (probably not needed or even helpful, but made me feel better). I used the 8 self tapping screws. There are 4 holes in the lip that match the factory bumper and re-use the factory screws. It also re-uses 2 of the plastic rivets (that I couldn't get back in, so I sunk a couple of screws instead).

Mine arrived yesterday and it looks fantastic, but I can't mount it yet because I have a new Euro bumper on order from IND that I plan to mount it to. My stock bumper had a bit of road rash and holes in it from a license plate and I no longer live in a state requiring a front plate. I plan to get the new bumper and splitter completely PPF wrapped.
