303 Graphene Spray
Has anyone tried this yet? Curious if it’s another snake oil product.

I would stay away from the companies that have just popped up in recent years trying to hop on the band wagon. No offense to them, but we have many reputable detailing companies with proven track record and most importantly (imo) show consistency in their products. 303 is a great company, but it does seem they have just jumped on the graphene trend.
You can see you can't go wrong based on the competitors shown above, but your personal results may vary. Pick one, try it out, and if you like it then you're good to go. |

Another alternative is the Zymol Atomic Graphene Shield:
https://www.zymol.com/zymlatomicgrapheneshield.aspx I used to use Zymol 25 years ago when I bought my first BMW. I tried it on my daughter's car, but I don't closely track the protection on her car so I don't have a feeling yet of how it performs. It certainly was an easy application process, which I'm sure all these products have. When I use it on my M2, I'll see how it holds up. |

I'm a huge Seal N Shine believer. Been using it on my black paint for a few months now and the stuff is just the best, not best bang-for-your-buck at $10 but best in all pertinent categories. If Turtle Wax priced it at $40, I, and many others would gladly shell out the cash.

I love this shit
https://www.nanolex.de/en/products/c...rior/washcoat/ Gets applied with a foam lance and gives about a month worth of beading power. Works great in combo with other coatings. Its so fast and easy to apply with great results so perfect for my lazy ass haha.

I just use it according to the mixing specs and the gradation on my foam lance bottle. Sometimes there is a bit of mix left but I don't sweat it. I find being in the middle of their range works perfectly. Too much product and it gets hard to wash it all off after the activation.

Just an FYI beading isn't always an indicator of protection. I think 99% of the time it will be a good indicator, but again it's not always "if it beads it has full protection". Two years from a spray sealant/wax sounds fishy hence the explanation, but if you're good with it then cheers.

Agreed. That's after two coats on my "beater" that's kept in a garage. It still usually lasts about a year with two good coats of the thick liquid stuff. Haven't tried a spray version.

Is this longer lasting than 303's sealant? I've been using 303's sealant and it's been holding up really well.

Wait really? So Graphene provides the most protection in theory? Like significant protection over or not so much compared to the previous level like ceramic?

I think graphene is slightly better protection and better gloss than ceramic. According to reviews or snake oil salesmen out there.

I use both 303 graphene and Turtle Wax seal n shine (new formula). Seal n shine yields the best gloss of any product I've ever used

Just used this to coat my wheels. Prepped with carpro reset and iron x. Then 2 coats of 303 graphene. Will update in a few months with durability. First few photos are after the first wash. The last are of when I first applied the product. Based on first wash. I like it a lot better than Gtechniq Wheel Armor.

Noting that graphene is a two-dimensional honeycomb sheet of carbon atoms, and that multiple layers of same are what makes up graphite, it's not so much snake-oil as soot.
