Macht Schnell Quality Control?

Got my clubsport seat mount kit today from Macht Schnell and naturally started to piece it together.

Quickly ran into two issues.

1) This bolt for the rail to the mount wasn't welded down properly so it is unable to slot into the holes on the rail

2) The holes for the name plate aren't threaded so you cannot put the name plate on

I'm quite surprised to have these issues as I thought Macht Schnell was regarded as a quality brand..

I'll have to reach out and hopefully they solve this but definitely sucks having to postpone installing my new seat:

No matter what, quality control cannot be 100% across all products. There are always factors that can affect this. Event the best brands are going to have a quality control issue here or there. What makes a quality brand quality is that they recognize the issue and stand up and correct it.
