Honestly, 437m is one of the best modern day factory wheels in the same regard M parallels were in their day. If they weren't so common, they'd be more appreciated. All my opinion, of course.
I tend to agree. If the 437M was more rare, and more expensive, and lighter, it'd be more popular. I think it fits the car the best, with regards to style, elegant and muscular, and with proper thickness spokes. The 763 style doesn't fit the car as well, but again, as you said, more rare.
Are they not already fairly light, especially for an OEM, though?!

Light, just not lighter than the 763.

Well said on the 437M - definitely agree on what you've mentioned. Also agree with what you've mentioned on the 763s, I don't think they really fit the car as well but as they're more rare that's made them more desirable. Those 763s aren't cheap either too!

Agreed on this too! To add further - I think the 437M only look good in this jet black finish as per the below:

For me I don't think they work that well in the Ferric Grey - even worse in when they're been coated solid black!

Oh man, just the opposite for me, not too big on black wheels with bright accents, but the Ferric wheels look brilliant because that harsh transition isn't there. But, of course, the Ferric wheels look thicker because the spokes aren't hidden as much by shadow.

I hear you, I have had some terrible wheels to clean like that in the past, and I'll never go back. Even with my 437's I'm looking for different brake pads.

I think the ferric's fit the more luxury oriented cars they came with pretty well. Not for me, given I like the sportier side of my M2

Thanks, I really love the color too. I believe I’m the third owner of the wheels, according to the original owner’s fs thread the finish is “Custom Powder Coat in Ultra-Black Chrome and Clear Coat by PowderCoatDase NY.“ Hope this helps.

Bought a second set of 763s rims with cup2.
As a result: one set of 763s is with Michelin Super Sport for rainy days + second set of 763 with Michelin Cup2 for dry summer days

I wish I could have a set of 763s as beaters.

Also, something about those M Performance wheel covers with the 763s peeking out of them...
