Nice!

Does the carbon fiber weave look exactly the same as the M3 and M4?

What is the cost,including install?

I would tick that box at that price if it was an option, but install labor for the aftermarket may be pushing that dollar mark way too far. No doubt it makes the car have some special character.

What is amazing is how much room for improvement there is with this car, given how great it already is.

I am sure we will see more carbon in the next gen, like it seems is coming with the next M5.

5 kg in weight reduction. I would rather go on diet and invest in lightweight battery!

But it looks brutally good!

On the M4 it lowers the center of gravity by about 2 inches as well. CF roof combined with CF drive shaft and trunk probably saves about 50 lbs total.

Wonder if it fits a 135i? Mine is wrapped and looks great but won't last forever. The shape of this roof is nicer, too

Can someone educate me on how this roof panel is installed? Is there cutting and welding involved? How much labor are we talking and is there any risk of compromising the body's structural stiffness in the install process?
