Wheel size question with 18 Titan7s
I am getting ready to buy some Titan7 wheels (see specs below) and I have a question about the tire size. I plan to run 255/40/18 up front. This is just tiny but bigger than stock so I don't think this would be an issue.
For the rears I would run 275/40/18s BUT the 4s does not come in this size. The next logical size is 285/35/18 which is available in the 4s. This is just a tad bit smaller than stock. I am worried about the rears. Does anyone see any issues? BTW ... I am on stock suspension currently. I may go MP coilovers in the future and I know doing so may require some camber up front and in the rear. But for now it will be stock suspension. 18x9.5 + 22 18x10.5 + 34 |

295/30/18 will fit 10.5 wide wheel and be a good size match to oem 265/35/19

Looking at 275/30 up front on the Titans anyone try this? I know it fits the E92 M3 but not so sure about M2. I have -2.5° camber. 295/30 will fit the rear. This front/rear setup matches the stock rolling diameters.

Signature Wheel SV501 18" x 9.5" ET28 & 18" x 10.5" ET40 Ohlins R&T - lowered a bit Little less than -3 camber. 7mm spacer -had to add this to clear the spring perch on the Ohlins Track - Hoosier R7 275/35/18 & 295/30/18 Street - Michelin PS4S 265/35/18 & 285/35/18 No clearance issues with either but the spacer was necessary in order to clear the aftermarket dampers in the front. I dropped down on the street tires a bit to give myself a little more clearance in case I want to get a little less aggressive with the camber on the street. |

Please run the sizes below and you will see they are not close. Then plug in 285/35/18 and compare it to oem.

I am running wheels with the same specs except they are 19" and they rub with anything bigger then 265 in rear. I am lowered on dinan HAS but not slammed. If you're trying to fit max rubber then you need closer to 40mm offset With 10.5. my camber is 2.1 up front and 2.25 in rear. Still runs under full compression with 275 re-71 in rear which do run big. Just my experience.
