UPDATE: We did it! https://www.sumaperformance.com/coll...31-f32-f33-f34
Hi, A few of us are wanting some convex mirrors built for our N55 M2s. Suma Performance said they would make some if they had enough interest. Check out the website and see how big of a difference these make. Please vote in the poll if you would be interested in purchasing a set. Price would be roughly $175 Shipped Here is the information taken from their M2C Mirrors page: https://www.sumaperformance.com/coll...s/bmw-m2-m3-m4 Reducing blind spot, convex blind spot mirrors that monitor for detecting blind spot, designed as OEM side mirror replacement for easy installation. A must mod to enhance your driving performance, anti-glare & blind spot reduced. It comes in a set of 2 mirrors. Mirror Highlights OEM replacement/fitment. Wide angle convex to reduce blind spot. Hydrophobic (water repellent). Blue tint to reduce glare, and blue color does not fade.

even if they were the same price, I'd take the Suma mirrors over the OEM aspherical ones:
- the Suma mirrors are aspherical over the entire glass, not just the far edge, leading to a wider FOV and less distortion - the blue coated glass actually reduces glare better at night than the OEM electrochromatic glass - the Suma mirrors are heated as well I actually replaced the OEM auto-dimming glass on my RS4 with Suma mirrors and it was a huge improvement |

Just imagine, blue mirrors on LBB 💦💦💦 I had a set of blue Prova mirrors on my Subaru and loved them. If Suma made some for the OG M2 I would certainly get a pair!

there's no reduction in visibility thru tinted windows or on cloudy days. I've had these on several cars and they are superior in every way

I have the BMW aspherical mirror glass and would absolutely ditch them in favor of these. I had something similar on another car and was disappointed the manufacturer wouldn't make them for BMWs so I settled for the OE part. It's not as good.

The mirror lenses in the OG are the same as the 135i?

No -- the OE wide angle mirrors from BMW that I had on my 135i (also blue tinted) were better than OE wide angle mirrors on my M2 (not tinted blue). Both were Genuine BMW products.
Which is why I'm willing to try out these Suma. |

Right. But - the lenses from a 135i will fit the housings on your M2. So why not just fit a set of the ones you liked from the 135i to you M2?
