Hello, kicking off a build thread for my 2018 M2 Competition with the DCT in Hockenheim Silver.

I purchased it about a month ago completely stock except for a Remus exhaust.

So far I've made a few mods, will post follow ups here and do some "how to" guides to help others do similar installs. This may be useful for others in the UK, where some things can be slightly different for installs.

Mods so far:

- Genuine CF extra bits: handbrake lever, shifter surround and shifter knob
- CF wing mirrors
- CF CS style spoiler
- CF side vents
- Injen cold air intake system
- P3 Gauge with analog boost sensor (for getting accurate boost when fitting JB4 later)
- Blackvue 900x with LTE module
- Coding some things such as auto folding mirrors

Also got plans for:

- few more CF bits (avoiding splitter or defuser for now as the roads around me are awful)
- JB4 with BT module
- bigger paddle shifters
- new steering wheel (still deciding on which)
- probably some more performance stuff

I'm based in NW London so happy to go for a drive with any local members someday.

I fitted the M pedals with a non genuine dead pedal (price difference was pretty big).

I found that a marxman made great markings for knowing where to mark to drill.

They look much better than the factory rubber/plastic covered ones.
