The paint reflectors look great! Definitely one of the first mods I am making.

I did the same with the paint matched reflectors. I think I screwed them up a little when uninstalling the ambers. There are small gaps on each side and on the right side I may have pulled a sliver of plastic with paint on it out. It's hardly noticeable, but I can see it. I did use a hair dryer to loosen up the adhesive, but I probably had to hit it longer as it was still a PITA to get off. It looks way better than ambers though...also washed, clayed, put Adams H20 Guard and Gloss on it. First time using a foam cannon too!

Sorry...

There's a laundry list of "modifications" you can do to our cars. So far I had these done:

Mirrors fold in/out when doors are locked/unlocked
Got rid of disclaimer on iDrive startup
Radio/Nav shuts off when car is shut off
Can open/close windows with key fob
Angel eyes don't dim when low beams are on
Brake force brake lights
Taillights act as DRLs
My iPhone rings/tones play via iDrive
Full text/email can be displayed (vs first 3 lines)

There's lots more you can do. Most of the stuff seems a bit trivial (changing Nav voice to a British accent...)

I chose to code only cosmetic/convenience type stuff. Of note, ASD can be coded off (you may or may not have the infamous hiss remain). Also, there is a EURO MDM available

The guy I went with allows for continual updates, so in the future I may get more done

Got it. I opted for the ASD delete harness. No hiss. Works perfectly.

Good luck with that. I bought those for my 1 and they lasted all of about a week before breaking.

I either overhyped the car in my head before it arrived or I'm underestimating it in reality. Lol.

I'm a little over 2800 miles now and am impressed every time I drive it. Hit around ~145mph over weekend and car feels very stable at high speeds. And of course this car shines in the twisties..go find some!

Guess I'm just hard to impress.

If the weather holds up, I will hit some roads Sunday.

I guess I should be grateful I don't drive all that much? But I've had the car exactly one month, and just cracked 600 miles. It's torture breaking it in; I see glimpses of what this car can do, but then I have to back off and keep things under check.

It's torture! (OK, this is a total first world problem. I should consider myself fortunate to even have the darn car at this point).

You will never enjoy this car, or any car for that matter, if all it does is sit in traffic! Take it out on some open roads...gtfo of the city for spirited drive.
