Not intending to get into the why's and wherefore's of whether it's fair to take pictures and post them of people spreading their city disease of littering everywhere (personally I think it's more than fair), and hopefully this is nobody on here, but this is why many of us in the north of Scotland are sick of the parasites coming up here to 'do the NC500'. Unfortunately it doesn't take that many (and sadly it's more than that) to ruin something very special.
