Looks good in MG. Would look amazing if BMW offered it with the m mirrors and CF roof. (Fan boys start mercilessly defending BMW now). Since the above parts are absent I think BSM would look decent on this car too because there's no concern of it hiding those special/ absent parts.

Fifty Shades Of Mineral Grey.
"A sleeper (US English) or Q-car (British English) is a car that has high performance and an unassuming exterior. Sleeper cars are so called because their exterior looks little or no different from a standard or economy-class car. In some cases the car appears worse due to seeming neglect on the owner's part, typically referred to as "all go and no show". While appearing to be a standard or neglected car, internally they are modified to perform at higher performance levels. The American nomenclature comes from the term sleeper agent, while the British term derives from the Q-ships used by the Royal Navy."

This is why MG is perfect. Wolf in sheeps clothing

This car looks fantastic in gray. All it needs is a slight drop

it would look good with WHAT " M mirrors" ? Perhaps we should throw some from an E90 M3 on there? Or do you like mirrors from an E36M3 or E46 M3 better... but you can't go with E30 M3 mirrors you know... it didn't get special mirrors and apparently that wasn't a real M car either..

MG does not have a blue hue at all. Take it from an MG F80 owner. maybe JUST maybe when it's a cloudless 80 degree sunny day and the car is freshly washed may it even resemble anything near blueish.

Would love to get a rolling shot next to one of these when it comes out.

I have MG 435GC and no I dont notice a blue hue- that said I LOVE MG but I think that it will look better on my LONGER 435 than the shorter M2. But the MG just LOVES light- sunlight, nighttime lights it reflects VERY nicely- I am very very happy with it on my 435. Also shows no swirls and doesn't show dust as much as you would think.

for the people that think there is a blue hue that would be since the paint is metallic and the sky is reflecting off it, i see plenty of MG cars in my area and its pure grey that is darker than most pics reflect (IMO)

Thankfully the darker colors hide the lines. It doesn't look as bad in Mineral Gray.

Put an M2 in that lighting and then say this... That's not only a great car but an insanely done photograph. M2 would go into beast mode in those conditions as well.

Did I say it wasn't a real m car?

FWIW - F80m3/4 mirrors are what I had in mind. It's personal preference, take it easy.

MG with red interior.....

That said, I've seen LBB on X6m and thought it was a very dynamic and head turning color. Perfect for M2 imo

If I decide to go M2 next, I would have a very hard time between these 2 colors...

Agreed. No idea what blue hues they are talking about.

Because this has never ever been discussed here before. Like ever.

But hey, if you are willing to forgo a great driving experience for a set of mirrors, go ahead.

That would make the E36 M3 the best driving car there has ever been... because :

This is what we're talking about. Don't care if it's because of clear blue skies reflecting off it or whatever, bottom line is it looks blueish/purpleish.

Well then be clear, because blue is not the same color as purple.

That video is super exaggerated, look at how saturated everything else is. My Sparkling Graphite will have purple hues in the right conditions (which is why I love this color, also happen to have Techno Violet). But Mineral Grey does not.
