Are my xenons misaligned now?
Had my garage fit Osram clear blue intense D1S bulbs. Light output and colour temp is great as expected.
Now however I notice at night a patch of darkness on the road only 15ft or so in front of the car that I never saw before. Then, parked in front of a wall I saw that the right beam heavily flicks up and outward, concerning me things aren't aligned and I'm blinding on coming traffic. I have no pre- photos so to speak, can others chime in please as only got bulbs fitted last week so would be better to raise issue with garage sooner than later. Cheers |

In the UK you should see a slight zig-zag elevation towards the left, I will try to draw the light pattern here which is more noticeable when you are closer to a wall: --___--___.
What it seams to be the issue here, is that your right-hand-side headlight is angled about 15 degrees counter clock-wise, hence the curvature of that line, and a small patch somewhere in the middle of the front of car that you have noticed. |
