Kendall BMW here in Bend had a 2020 M2C spec'd like mine but without the moonroof and more miles. Listed for $62.3k. Of course I have no clue how much it actually sold for but it was gone in 5 days. That's what prompted me to get a quote.

I see it as an extension of the ass hattery going on in this town with the housing market. Lots of out-of-staters moving in with lots of cash. Add in the fact that there is no sales tax on used vehicles, why not put a new car in the garage in the new home you just bought?

Oh I know, I live in the PWN. My neighbor just sold his house for seven figures, buyer paid in cash. I would love to not pay sales tax on cars though.

Dang NY prices must be high or huge premium for DCT. I got an offer for 5k less than that with only 9600 miles. 6MT. I would likely sell mine for 57k.

I had no intention of selling mine, because I've put too much effort into making this unique for me but damn, I'm having second thoughts now.
Kudos on the mileage!

Take the money and run far, far away. Warranty expires in 2k miles. Find another one over the next couple of weeks/months and start again.

I think the listed price is the sale price, so it’s likely.

It’s very tempting for sure but I can’t think of another car I can replace it with.
G80/82 is probably the only new car offered with 6MT that I might be interested in.
And it’s almost impossible to find one these days.

Right. G80/82 6MT will be a good choice (it’s what I have). Frankly, I’d just do something like this either while waiting or as my final plan:

https://f87.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh....php?t=1834256

Sell the Edelweiss and you’re in for about an additional $5k to reset your odometer 36k miles back.

I couldn't resist any longer…

2018
BSM
6MT
Exec
13.200 miles

$46K offer from Vroom…I paid $47k 16 months ago with 7k miles on it.

I did note my tires had 10-20kmiles on them so I assume the offer would have been higher if new tires weren't needed.

But since I just sold my F30 on Tuesday to make my OG my daily driver, NO SALE!

When do we think used car pricing will start to normalize again? Will it be weeks or months?

Every now and again, something will pop up that is somewhat valued where it should be:

https://www.cargurus.com/Cars/invent...ting=305673465

2019 DCT Saphire Black, 10k Miles $53,998.

Just agreed to sell mine to Vroom for $62k.
Spec: 6MT, LBB, (-) Exec
The wife and I are moving and want a project home, so money is going there. Otherwise, I’d never sell this car.

They’ve listed the car for $65,499. That’s approximately $10k over what I paid 8 months ago, less TT&L. If they can sell it for that, good for them.

I got a quote from Vroom just for fun...

2020, 10k miles, DCT, Hock, Exec - $55k

Located in Florida... again wouldn't sell as there is nothing else better to buy or anything that remotely interests me outside of say a G80 but I don't think that car is worth 25k over my M2.
