So latest status is that the baby's on CN Rail on route to the Westcoast, now departing Ontario. I got this info via my dealership as Hansen's didn't update status as it's still showing "on hold".
Hopefully the diff issue will be sorted by the time it arrives. Please god!

BTW, any of you received anything on the daily route maps they handed out? I recall many of us asked for soft-copies so we can use for future reference.

One last thing. There are so many forums I'm wondering if this is still the most ideal one to use for our channel of communication. Suggestions?

I'm going to call my dealer Thursday to get an update as well. Hansen's isn't updating for me at all.

I'm sure Matt could email you them, I'm sure they keep copies of it all.

There's only a few of us from the trip on here, some are more active than others. It's still a pretty good place I think, probably better than email.

new update!!!

instead of a delivery date of 8/9/2016, it has now been updated to show a delivery date of 7/27/2016!!

woohoo! now to actually call my dealer tomorrow to see if i can take delivery on the same day.

theres a good chance yours is moving,i believe the hansen site is slow to update at the moment for some reason

too bad they cant just deliver your car without going to the distrubution center, i bet your car already passed right by your dealership off the highway already

If it is shipped by a Hansen's truck from Halifax to Toronto,then it will be shipped directly to the dealership and not the distribution center in Conord.That was how my M2 was shipped to my dealership in June.

I spoke to Hansen's today. The car has been released to them as of today and is supposed to ship this Friday. Not sure what held it up - looking forward to getting it moving!

ah ok, the cars were originally held at the port due to BMW having to complete the necessary customs paperwork, my guess is the cars were released one by one as the paperwork was completed and yours was probably one of the last ones released unfortunately

hansen site seems to be updating fairly frequently now. every couple of hours it shows it getting closer and closer to toronto!

just confirmed with my dealer that my car is excluded from the delivery stop, so fingers crossed if it arrives tomorrow morning I might be able to pickup same day.
