I installed the millway and they are great. i have been useing their product for a long time. they are made in sweden. No increasing in noises but a lille vibration from the steering wheel if the tarmac is not perfect. you can feel it. the steering wheel has become more stable at high speed. sturdier and also i don't feel the dead center anymore. i'm, very happy with it so far. braking also at high speed the car is very stable

Oh yeah the rear sway bar sucks to install, it also costs alot in a bunch of random bolts that were single use only.

Regardless of a lift or not it is still a huge pain to drop the rear sub frame with how much you have to disconnect, you also have to drop the exhaust and drive shaft. That is what makes it a PITA. Plastic will still fatigue and fail over time from UV or ozone damage regardless of girth. Imo it is better to have it made of metal, and have them adjustable so you can adjust sway bar preload.

On my M2c I'm considering to leave the stock front swaybar and just upgrade the bushings (powerflex). They offer two sizes, 26.5 mm and 28 mm.
Does anyone know what is the appropriate bushing size for the stock bar (which I believe is 24.7mm)? I would assume 26.5 for stock and they offer the 28 for aftermarket but not sure. Appreciate any feedback my fellow BMW wankers |
