Doesn't look like the bolt holding the strut to the front upright is tight? Maybe take the wheel off and post some pics of the area while giving it a shake.

It's not really apparent that the piston/damper is the problem. The whole assembly is moving when you shake that wheel. Can see the wobble in the top mount (don't know how it looks on the other side) but can't really see any wobble of the piston vs the shock body when you do that.
Everything OK at the bottom?
Also, where does that clunk come from?

front right damper - if i change rebound or bump, nothing happen.... damper dont spring...
front left damper is OK with changing rebound and bump....

top mount camber plate looks good and is tight to spec.... just piston in damper is moving....

If I had to guess, top nut has been done up via impact driver and the piston has been allowed to rotate excessively within the shock body and it’s come apart inside.

I understand the frustration. But it's not surprising IF a) there was an installation error or b) the car gets abused (or both). I could post a dozen of similar videos/pictures of other coilover kits and shocks (KW, H&R, Koni, Bilstein, AST) that I had on my previous cars and which failed in 5000 km or less (mostly as a result of abuse). If it's any consolation.

no installation mistake... omg..... all bolts were correct torque moment...
kw v3 and clubsport is just bad product, if somebody is pushing car sometimes on track.... its suspension for probably car meeting.....
but bmw is writing, "suspension is tested on tracks"....
