How is this different than the current AA midpipe? The current one sounds loud when revving or cold start but can't hear the exhaust when just driving, really regret buying.

I loved my single midpipe as well. I’ve only had the car since Monday, but here are my initial thoughts. The new sound is definitely growing on me. Can sound a little tinny at times, but in a good way. Almost has a “tuned” sound as apposed to just making noise. Think it is maybe a tad louder than the single midpipe. Quieter on downshifts compared to the single midpipe however and seems to scream more at the top end.

Hope that description helps

Take my money! Debating whether to go full system or maybe just start with the midpipe. Can you capture any in car vids?

This sounds great IMO! Kinda makes me wish I still had my M2C.

Sounds awesome playing on my big speakers lol.
Did you tone down the burble? Or is that exaggerated more in Sport+?

Just to confirm, this is an M2C with everything stock except the AA EL midpipe? Did you get different exhaust tips? Those are not standard on the M2C. Also, is this a resonated or non-resonated mid?

It sounds GREAT BTW!!

Yes, everything stock except the EL midpipe. The tips were changed out for Active Autowerke’s silver tips (just cosmetic) and this is the non-resonated version. They recommend the resonated version if you are running catless downpipes.

This is just Sport mode. You are correct, Sport + mode exaggerates the burbles a lot more. I am on a stock tune and stock downpipes, so no way to tone down the burbles other than changing modes.

Resonated is recommended with catless DPs because itll be too loud?

That’s subjective of course, but it will definitely be louder.

Haha. I have no plans of doing catless downpipes, but I'm sure there will be a few guys here in FL that do the non-resonated setup with catless dps.

This sounds fantastic. Definitely plan on picking these up. Any word on full release? Perhaps a group buy?

Sounds great. I'm wondering what it would sound like with my current muffler delete.

No confirmation yet. I believe their main focus is currently on the M3/M4, as those have been around since 2015/16, but we should be following right after.

I wonder if the stock DP and muffler with the resonated version would have even less rasp (I know it's minor already)
