Hi Guys-

Can someone recommend what is the best jack point best jack and best breaker bar and torque wrench and sockets used to takeoff OE wheels.

As noted this car has no jack with it-

Thanks

You can find a good low profile jack at Costco or Amazon. I used an aluminum hybrid by Arcan. 3 ton, I believe.

Any decent torque wrench will do. Home Depot has some as does Amazon. 1/2 inch drive. 17mm wheel socket and 2 ton jack stands and you're all set!

http://www.bm-parts.com/index.php?ro...product_id=150.

get these for the jack points. you don't need four.

lowes also has a good TR, if you do not want to wait on the Costco toilet paper lines.

get a TR that spins up to at least 200ft-lb. do not buy a digital TR unless its a HQ unit like a snap-on.

be mindful of space when jacking up your car. if you are working in a space for just 2 cars or small garage you may want to get a smaller hydraulic jack that will allow you make complete up and down crank movements. If you have a large jack with a long crank handle and not enough space for complete crank movements you will have to "short crank" the jack (pumps the piston) which will result in premature jack failure.

First car? Must be nice to be a M2 Competition.

Your Jack points are in your manual. There a lot of good reading in it.
