M2c muffler delete?

Is anybody running a muffler bypass such as the fabspeed one on their m2c? How does it sound? Is it doable for daily driving?

I had a local exhaust shop fab up a muffler delete that came out decent. Cost about $600 for parts and labor. Sound is much like with the valves open but multiplied a few times over. If you just want louder for not much money it's a viable option.

That said the sound isn't what I would call "great" though most people say the same about the stock exhaust note. I'm planning to add a pair of resonators and the AA mid-pipe sometime soon to tie it together.

Does it still burble the same or does it lose that? Could you also post a video of revs in sport plus?

You got some balls to even entertain the idea..

The S55 uses some big barrels to muffle its sound, I could only imagine what it would it would sound like unbridled.

I had a strait pipe N54 335i, from the turbo back and on WOT, it could of wake the dead from its loud, booming resonant but to each is own..

Technically speaking, straight pipe is implied no cats or muffler, hence the STRAIGHT.

I totally get that I'm just suspect because I know a lot of people use the terms interchangeably and say straight pipes when referring to catless downpipes/headers
