Yeh I appreciate they are selling the kit and won't be fully impartial necessarily. Suppose that's true for any vendor of a car product. At least they make well produced videos with data where possible and they are working with Bilstein to make custom dampers not off the shelf.
It may well make for a great setup.

I saw a Google review saying they have demo cars, not expecting to be able to drive starla but wonder if it IS possible to try before you buy?

We are a bit precious about that car. We can take you out in it as a passenger though.

I'm pretty sure those reviews are on the B16 Damptronic Coilovers and not the B6 EDC Dampers. In comfort mode the B6 are more than suitable for the rubbish road surfaces we have in the UK. We are having a custom set made which will be softer in comfort and stiffer on sport plus and more matched to the MSS Springs.

So Imran with the adaptive dampers you need to install a new button somewhere to flick between modes or are you integrating with existing drive mode selector? That would be amazing to have adaptive on the M2!

A ride in starla sounds great thanks.

Can you confirm if I get MSS and leave ride height alone if the stock dampers are operating within tolerance and not fail? Appreciate if that's not possible to comment on.

Yes. I just experienced the reviewers influence with Dinan HAS. Everybody praises them as being more comfortable than stock. They are not. I had H&R springs that cost 1/4 of the Dinan (sure, not adjustable) and the ride quality was the same (harsher than stock).

These adaptive dampers I am referring to our are in our F80 M3. No such option for the M2.

If you leave the ride height stock you will be in the tolerances of the stock springs.

Has there been any reports on failed dampers on the M2 yet? I haven't heard of any personally.

Oh I got excited about adaptive in the M2 haha.

I don't see my M2 as looking overly high, I really worry about speed bumps and stuff. I might lower by 1cm that's it.

With no splitter and on UK roads how much you think the M2 can safely come down by?

You should be able to buy directly from MSS. I was able to put my USA based address.

I'm not aware of any other distributors for the US but would be great to find out if there are any. This kit is definitely on my radar in the future

Liked the video, seems they do work well under normal street driving conditions. Would love to see a credible report on how it behaves under stress (trail braking, hard acceleration from corners) I do 2-3 track days a year and some "spirited" Alps driving as well.
Until then I will wait with my order, looks very promising though.

We can supply the kit. Have sold quite a few in the last few weeks to the USA. Any decent shop can fit. Autocoture are good guys if they are near you.

Thanks Imran! Love your videos and excited to get this kit. I'll reach out shortly once I confirm with a local guy I know to see if he can install. Otherwise I'll trek it to Autocoture, thx!

Here is one of our customers who tracks his M2 regularly. He is running the MSS Sport kit on his car in this video. You may want to reach out to him on Youtube for his opinion.

6-8 weeks. I'm sure we can work some package deals out and also provide a discount for those already with MSS for the B8's at a later date.
