I thought I'd start a thread similar to that in the 1Addicts group that captures everyone's fitments. I found it real useful when I owned a 1 to help me understand what works and what doesn't. So add your fitments including wheel size and offset, tires size and type, any suspension or alignment details, and any rubbing issues or requirements to roll or pull your fenders. Please post your specs here in the format below. Also, UltraMagneticAL pulled together a filterable spreadsheet that we you can look at to see what has been done. Between us and other volunteers we'll try and keep it up to date based upon your posts. Here is the link to the sheet.

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets...PeI/edit#gid=0

Wheels: Advan RS2 19x9.5 et 35 square. 7.5mm spacer in front.
Front: 19x9.5 ET 27.5 with 255/35 - 19 RE-71R
Rear: 19x9.5 ET 35 with 265/35 - 19 RE-71R
Suspension: Stock initially but now at -2.5 camber with TC Kline camber plates.
Comments: No Rub at either stock settings or obviously with the -2.5 camber dialed in.

what wheels? let's go ahead and add that info too. I'm making a Shared Google Doc that everyone can see. I can give a few people access to update it as well.

A still picture from a head on angle be great too so we can see the stance. And if not too much trouble height of lowering as measured by FTG

I'm looking for track wheels on stock suspension with camber plates. Contemplating between square and staggered setup. Would love to hear what works and what doesn't.

I've owned a number of BMWs over the past 15 years. Most have seen track duty. In general more square than stock or completely square has been my preference. However, the M2 might be different. I picked up my car at the BMW performance center in SC in 2016. It was the second M2 customer car to move through there. They were as excited as me to see this car. They had the advantage of having their hands on non clients M2s before full production M2s came through. When I asked two instructors about setup they both said the same thing - 'keep the stagger'. I questioned it because it was contrary to my e36, e46, e90, and e82 experiences. I bought square wheels and reduced the tire stagger from 20 to 10 and in hindsight am questioning my move. Next set of tires I am considering going back to a 20 cm difference between front and rear. The front end just turns in so well that frankly my setup has oversteer. Now I'm running -2.5 camber to save scrubbing my front tires. So that factors into my oversteer. Anyhow, assuming you are asking because you'll will track your M2 then I would say get a square wheel setup and play with the tire sizes as you burn through your tires.

BBS fi-r 9.5x19 et 22 and 10.5x19 et35 with stock tires. I'm on kw v3 so rubbing is dependent on height. I've had to raise it up a bit because it would rub the front wheel wells on hard breaking and turn in at the track, but I've since fixed that.

I'm planing on running a similar setup. Are you running camber plates up front?

It still looks pretty low - I知 on MP coils and contemplating a similar setup (width & offset) and still think I can get away with 255 fronts. Am I crazy? I知 already rubbing the front fender clip on hard dips on stock wheels with 10mm spacers (so 19x9 ET19 effectively). I think it rubbed after lowering and before spacers though.

I need to raise my front a little anyway, as it痴 getting harder to clear a dip/ridge across the asphalt in the alley behind my house.

it may be possible. i think I've seen some guys running 265 in front and 285 out back with this wheel. waiting for someone to confirm if 275 works up front with a 9.5w wheel

Cool, thanks. I suppose it’s a matter of how high it needs to be & how much negative camber.

The closest/largest 19" tire I found could be a possible fit is the hankook RS4. The sidewall sizes on the RS4 are .1" larger than my 265/35r19 RE-11's. The RS4 downsized that sidewall for some reason. My 265/35's would rub if I hadn't massaged the plastic liners with a heat gun. Only full lock though. The RS4's still have the shortest height I've found in that size. I believe the RE-11's are at 26.3" and the 275/35 RS4s is listed at 26.4". Might give it a shot if I don't go to RE71s.

I have a feeling the RS4's might be a good durable track tire with more stick than what I'm used to, yet more quiet than the RE-71. Everyone loves the RE-71 though, so its though!

Wheels: Forgeline monoblock GTD1 5 Lug. This wheel is derived from the GTD1 center lock race wheel developed for the Daytona/GTD class. Then modified to 6 lug/open lug for Viper customers/racers. They had a lot of interest for a 5 lug derivative and knocked down the spoke count to 10 for the GTD1 5 Lug. My favorite set of wheels I've owned by far! All business.

Im listing the specs including my spacers, Forgeline comp wheels have a center cap option but I liked the idea of using my turner Hub extending spacers to hide the hub, while having a safety net if I was too aggressive with measurements. They are flush with the wheel so I'm happy with the results. The spacers are 10mm front and none on the rear. A 285/35r19 on a 10" wheel at et33 is as far as I could push it without rubbing. Absolute max with that tire. I am stepping down to a 275/35 rear and will run my old 7.5mm or 5mm spacers out back.

Front: 19x9.5 ET 21 with 265/35r19 RE-11
Rear: 19x10 ET 33 with 285/35r19 RE-11, ET28 with 275/35r19 and 5mm spacers.
Suspension: H&R Coilovers, H&R sways F&R with Adjustable endlinks. SPL rears to come. TC Kline camber plates -2.5-3 front. Rear stock pin adjustment is around 2.25-2.4.
