Not op but I went back to South Bay BMW and Alfornso took care of me - https://www.southbaybmw.com/

Couldn't wait for the car so he gave me a loaner for the day as they were backed up

Meaning Crevier will not flag your car for cosmetic mods already on your car. I would not go to Crevier to install those items if possible.

This was the 3rd year service - oil change/brake flush/spark plugs - the last of my free maintenance - I can't complain and they didn't wash the car (which Alfornso put on the invoice)

They were also nice of enough to take an oil sample for Blackstone and they did this without any problems

I do not have the extended 4 year service - I can pay for the oil change and brake flush next year (though I will probably swap back to Castrol SRF before any future track days anyway)

Not OP but I also just got back from South Bay BMW and working with Alfonso. I just dropped off my M2C there for 1st year service and knee air bag recall. Can confirm they clearly mark on the invoice for the car to not be washed.

They provided a loaner for the expected time they'll keep my M2C. In my case, I'll have an X2 to drive through the Memorial Day weekend.

Took my M2C to Alfonso a couple months ago, My car was washed despite I was clearly asking them not to. He probably had a bad day. Is there any other recommended SA around here who give good customer service? I dont have engine mods, just camber plate + a few convenience feature enabled w/ bimmercode

Bumping because I plan on taking car for maintenance by end of year. Is McKenna still good, and any good SA?

Can't speak to McKenna, but I like my guy Gary Temel at Irvine. He's been cool with mods on my 1 series and my M2.
