Hello everyone,

My first post so new to the BMW scene and this forum. Just picked up a 2020 M2C manual and I am in the process of removing the wireless charger that came with my armrest and installing my own and to get a little more storage space in the process.

However, before I disconnect and remove it, I found there were 2 cables going to the wireless charger? I'm not sure but one is for power and the other I think it looks like for an antenna? The purple connector looks like the one in the back of the headunit for an antenna when I installed a Bimmertech MMI into the car.

Does anyone know what this other purple connector is official use for and it's safe to disconnect?
