Amplifier issue?
On the way to the dealer for an oil change, the audio volume went down by itself on both radio and CarPlay sources. If you turn it back up the volume indicator increases but the volume doesn't. Turning the volume button off, resets the volume, which again goes down by itself after 30 seconds. Left the car at the dealer and off course they can't replicate after the engine has been shut down and restarted. Amplifier or just a software glitch? It's not just Caplay since same thing happens with radio. No audio mods here. ASD still on.
