Broken fixing bow on flapper valve

This is the piece that connects the actuator to the valve. When broken the valve makes a huge racket. I made a new one from stiff SS wire.

Curious if others have had this problem?

The ougamflip on mine totally went too.

The thingumy also looks a bit iffy.

Do you have pictures? Would be helpful to others to see your solution.

The shape is obvious. Bought steel rod same diameter as piece that was left over.

Yes. They replaced it under warranty.
