Just finished my seat swap. Seats are from a 2017 LCI M4 competition BMW test/prototype car. Approximately 7000km on the clock. Electric, memory and heated seats. Donor seats were sourced and delivered by an independent BMW specialist in Holland, Autobuikema. New Airbags were pre installed and heated seat pads retrofitted by Autobuikema.
I used the original F87 grey electric modules for the M4 seats. I tried the F82 modules, but some of the electric functions did not work properly. I've had no airbag lights or warnings so far. VERY EASY JOB. I don't care for the logo's in the seats to light up. They will get changed with some M2 logo's when I get them upholstered. Very happy with these, you sit very different in the M4 seats, also a bit lower. More side support, both back and bum. They'll get custom upholstered in the near future to match the rest of the interior. Dakota/alcantara, blue stitching. I looked in to some other seat options like RECARO pole position or sportster cs. Both were more expensive and without the benefits of airbag, electric and heated options.

She finally gets the seats she diserves. Alcantara on the inside of the side bolsters. (Took some inspiration from the M3/M4 CS models.)Black Dakota leather, polar blue stichting. Very happy with these. Turned out great.
