I have tried different roll centers and i have it at the point where i am most comfortable.
Can you share how changing roll center affects handling and what you settled on compared to stock? I would assume you want body roll to increase toe out with the type of roads you drive to maximize turn in.

The roll center is a little lower than OEM, with the new diff setup I haven't tried toe out yet, it turns so well now that I don't see the need to do it.
It has the ability to turn so hard that with the rear rebound too harsh it causes oversteer.

How do the KW V4 Clubsport compare to the MCS?
I have the chance to pick up the V4 CS for 2500.
Would you do it again?

I would prefer MCS, here a forum member sells a MCS with low mileage.

This thing is awesome. Have a decently built competition myself but the level of customization on this is next level! Wonder how the new guibo feels.

The throttle is more instantaneous, love it!

Does having a lighter drive shaft provide a similar effect as a lightened flywheel?

If so, why choose one vs the other? Or with all the great things you have done to your car... should I suspect you have BOTH?!

Yes, they have a similar effect.
One day i will make a lightweight dual-mass flywheel, that's the only thing I'm missing.

The "toe correction" (bump steer correction?) is interesting, I run these (https://cmpautoengineering.com/colle...43584601555138) in the front of my car (as well as subframe raising bushes in the rear), but maybe down the line it would be better to run something more alike OEM.
Just wanted to say thanks for mentioning this. I installed these shims from CMP and after an alignment (-2.4f .06 deg total toe fr, -1.8 .12 toe r) I can say these definitely make a bit of *magic*.

After delving into suspension theory on motoiq, I began to understand how a lower roll center and control arm position negatively affects toe and camber changes throughout the stroke of the front strut suspension.

Here is a good image. Sorry for derailing, but I think this is an area where someone who installs softer sprung coilovers or especially a HAS (like me) without adjustable control arms could benefit from a simple and cheap mod.

I guess for those of us who don't want to/can't mod like Track/S this is another way to get some of the same benefit of his custom kinematics.

Haha he already makes the kit actually. I’ve installed the tracks kit and it’s a fantastic upgrade. If you’re in the market for one dm him.

Nice!

I run my car at -3 / 0, -2 / slight pos toe, 700F 800R divorced with OGSM Nitrons and Hotchkis sways. I also have these as well as the matching CMP subframe raising bushings for roll center correction in the rear, for 8mm of rc f/r.

I do question that if using these to increase roll stiffness (in a way), what other considerations have to be made in order for the "ideal" setup? i.e. spring rate or sway considerations. I might do the calculations on this when revising my setup in the future - for now, I'm generally happy with how my car is.

With this said, my tire wear is decent and I am about to get my 6th day out of a Nankang CRS, which Cayn referenced as a benefit of the improved camber curve. I do conceptually understand the benefit of this roll center correction - I plan on lowering slightly more once I go for 295/30 square down the line, and I want to continue on the "mostly stock interior, no aero, 200tw streetable car" route as long as I can, so things like this are a good help along the way. I'm sure that at some point I will be pinging Track/S for the carbon driveshaft or further kinematics kit to get a bit more out of the car though.
