Dinan D443-0100 Sport tuner, Bluetooth question

Found out that my 2016 M2 came with a Dinan D443-0100 Sport tuner installed. Found out when doing the vehicle inspection. Anyone know of a way for me to see the current settings/performance I might be getting from this? I downloaded the Dinan app and scanned for Bluetooth devices but found none. I originally thought this vehicle was stock when I purchased it from a BMW dealer, but I had my doubts.

Do you actually see the Sport Tuner physically installed, vs just the sticker?
