Found this on youtube... Looks like the child of a M240i and a M2C. Not a fan of the interior , but you guys can check it out for yourselves.

I’m surprised at some of the negative comments. (I read the comments then watched the video) I was expecting much worse. I usually keep my cars pretty much stock, I can appreciate these guys used mostly stock/BMW parts. The interior is pretty intense for me but again I appreciate them using real M3/4 seats. Not my style but they put their on spin on it, kudos.

He mentioned he use 6 months time to convert the M240i to this look, I guess he may plan to put it in motor show..... not my cup of tea but interesting.... thumbs up for his passion.
