2021 M2C PCD Cross Country Road Trip!!!

Great write up and post. Were you concerned about not breaking the car in the proper way since you were mostly doing highway driving? I've heard it's best to vary your rpm during the break in period.

I was...but I did also try to run it in a lower gear at times to generate higher RPMs. And, actually, a substantial portion of the stretch to the break-in was on B roads, so I wasn't too worried about it.

No idea how this hasn't made it to the front page. I was a big fan of your previous road trip thread and just finished this one. Very inspiring and hope to do the same thing one day.

Along with my E92 M3, I think the F87C is one of the best M's ever made, especially when you consider its MSRP. This car is going to be with me for a long time
