I have the 9660 front kit installed. It's time to replace my stock rear rotors. I'd like to switch to the J-hook type. Which ones would I order to fit my stock blue rear calipers?

How much do the brackets and discs cost (roughly)? Just noticed that it's possible to buy rebuilt M5 callipers for less than the price of used scuffed ones with worn pads on eBay.
