Super fun event. Got invited last minute to fill a slot for the Asia Touring Cup and couldnt turn the opportunity down!

Had 3 days to prep for the race. Missed all of Friday practice and Saturdays FP1. Spun out twice during FP2 and decided to run with MDM on for the rest of the weekend.

Qualified 5 seconds slower than my practice times when i first ran the full F1 track but was pretty on edge from spinning out earlier in the day.

Passed 4 cars in the first 3 laps and decided to drop back by lap 6 and eventually chilled behind a Toyota86 for the rest of the race. Was hitting around 50kph slower through the straights doing so but just decided to take in the experience and come back stronger next time!

There may be a M2 Cup next season that I might race in if running costs arent too high.

Finished last but it was awesome and ended the race safely! Racing is way different than track days and im really happy to participate in such a large event for my first race.

Anyways, Ill take in all the lessons learned and improve moving forward!!
