As a guide, roughly where on the custom slider would the OEM settings sit in terms of aggressiveness?

Roughly 4-5 aggression but it is not that simple to compare 1:1.

Does BM3 work on an F25? Any reason to do this to a stock M2?

Hmm, I was just thinking... is there a way to set no cold start for comfort mode, and cold start for sport modes? This way you can select which cold start you want based on what mode you start the car in.

No, it's just a coldstart sequence variying for seconds depending on the oil temperature.

OEM = oem burbles aka stock tune
Original = the original burbles for the map you are choosing. you use this when you're playing around with the burble settings and want to revert back to the original settings for the map

Awesome thx Halim!

Just flashed to 5.7 and burbles are back! Haven't driven enough to comment on any other change from 5.6

Yes OTS is for OTS settings. Original doesn't necessarily mean OTS (e.g. custom tunes)

Ah, that's unfortunate. Would be awesome to quickly change between cold start and no cold start.

What about this as a work around... Some people say giving the car some throttle/rpm during the cold start will quiet it down. Can you tune in comfort mode to start with a little more throttle to quiet it down?

Hah, you’re getting pretty picky!

Altho, you can adjust the cold start RPMs in BM3 if you have cold start enabled.

Well, not picky, just trying to find a solution. I leave my house at midnight most days of the week and don't want to wake the neighbors, but during the day I love my cold starts. If I could do comfort (no cold start) + valve closed at night, and sport+ (cold start) valves open during the day. Well, that would be ideal... and even more ideal if I didn't have to bring my laptop with me to switch tunes to accomplish that.

Random question which I'm sure has been discussed but I can't seem to find easily - on a BM3 stage 2 93 map, what kind of 0-60 times are estimated/experienced?

I'll be installing 5.7 shortly and excited to learn/feel what I can expect.

My CEL keeps coming on with 5.7 stage 2 tune for the secondary O2 sensor. I have a vsrf downpipe / intercooler/ full exhaust.

Any ideas why?

I didnt have this issue with the previous maps.

I just flashed 5.7 and this is definitely the best map version yet. Smoothed out power, burbles are a little stronger than 5.5 (I didn't try 5.6), and feels like some additional power overall. I like it.
