I honestly think the advantage of DCT and 6 speed Manual is negligible rolling.
reason i say this is the DCT needs 2 gear changes to do this run vs 3-4th gear on 6 speed. so I dont see the 6 speed being at a disadvantage for these tests. Quarter Mile different story. |

you need to read what I said mate, 2 shifts for DCT and 1 for Manual for 60-130.
running through the lower gears that rev quickly I can understand the DCT is at big advantage, but on the longer gears I really dont see the 6sp being at a huge disadvantage. once again for Quarter mile I can believe half a second but that's like 4-5 gear changes for a car that runs 10s with DCT and 4 gears in a 6 speed. your car is fast for sure but it's not like it will be half a second quicker 60-130 if it was DCT |
