I can't quite put my finger on it, but I just don't like AW on the M2... and I own an AW M235i! Too much bright white on the M2 or something with all white roof, larger front fascia, large rear bumpers.

Aha now I see the difference between the two, the horizontal part is blackened out on the AW car.

Strangely I like the normal sidegrill better I think....

not that big of a fan of the black gills for some reason. Kidney grill and spoiler looks ok. Is this the sign of old age? lol

Makes the rear look good. Every time I see the AW though it makes me like it less and less in that color. I'm thinking this will be a BS or MG car for me when I pull the trigger.

None of that CF stuff at all is worth the money. Would be better off just made out of black ABS or fiber glass for 1/4 the price.

My M235i was white, and I thought it was one of the best colors. In all of the pictures of the M2 that I have seen in white I thought it was actually the worst of the four colors as it made it look softer and highlighted some of the questionable design choices. These pictures of white are IMO possibly the best M2 pictures I have seen (at least the car looks the coolest and most beastly to me here). Those black accents really help to make it look more mean and purposeful. In fact, these pictures really have got my heart pumping and make me want to get right back into a white 2 series (an M this time). All that car needs is 20% tint and black wrapped roof and it will be perfection for me. CF roof would have looked amazing on this car, but no need to rehash that thought.

Both colors look great, though the black accents off the white make it look much more aggressive. Can't wait to see these dropped on smaller wheels.

I think it makes an already cheap stuck on looking part look even cheaper in all black. Or maybe I'm just old too!

All I see with AW is a beluga whale

Edit: having finally seen the M2 in AW I take back my statement. It looks great in AW however I think I would order Mineral Grey. The color is fantastic and suits the car so well. I posted many pictures from our BMW Advanced M School which had all four M2 colors on Instagram at "AGAVELEK"

I think a good first mod would be the vinyl wrap the roof in gloss black.

Agree, black or carbon fiber roof & black tints would add contrast in the right places and make the AW look very nice!
