I've been on a wait list since last winter for an M2 and got tired of the wait, the lack of allocation information, the absurd markups on HEA cars now in stock and so I decided to go a different direction and bought this beauty two days ago:

I'm still a BMW guy, still love the M2, and will eventually go back to a BMW but dollar for dollar, I couldn't even come close to the performance of this car with an M2.

Hell yeah! Sick car. M2 can't touch the performance numbers, that's for sure.

Glad it worked out for you, I would have gone a different route too if I didn't snag an HEA car.

Thanks guys! I was afraid I'd have some M2 remorse but so far, nothing. I couldn't be happier. The power and torque on this thing feel endless. And I can't really stomp on the throttle yet because I'm still in the break-in period...

Weather is raining right now so it's sitting at home, washed and detailed, in the garage. It's true that Utah has a smaller window of driving time (some spring, all of summer, and some fall) for a car like this but it's only a slightly smaller window of driving time than I would have had with the M2.

I really loved my C7 Z51 and if it wasn't for my need to have a rear seat, I would have one now. Best performance car I have owned.
