It's almost € 2.5k overhere and I don't want a trackday 'for free' included by BMW NL because that's a few times a year what I m doing myself for less. Speedlimiter tot 270kph(168mph)... For 2.5k. euros? That's a lot of money...

I believe you also recieve 1day BMW track experience training somewhere on circuit to go with that?

Appointment for PPF has also been set. Not sure about the wrap details on the car, I have not been able to find a good wrap with a decent quality that looks like a real carbon roof. So far what I have seen are matte vinyl wraps, and not shinny vinyl wraps.

Hopefully soon more

I can help you with the carbon wrap. I know a place in Prague which does actualy one layer of real carbon sticker. Friends use it for their track toys here sometimes.

If delivery to your dealer: your dealer will be embargoed by BMW for M2 delivery to you until the end of the April 16, 2016 M2 launch weekend, I assume ?

Official BMW Press release for The Netherlands about the M2 (see here):
"Vanaf 16 april 2016 staat de BMW M2 Coupé in de showroom voor €79.990."
("From April 16, 2016 onwards the BMW M2 Coupé will be at the showroom for EUR79,990.")
Let's wait and see

No idea... Check your final offer it should be mentioned on the spec list. If not, ask the dealer what happens if he enters the 7NH code in his computer.

I have not chosen it because I could not choose it yet. I also considered it too expensive. I will go to a tuner to remove it

I am talking with WrapStyle about this. I have not seen the wrap yet. I have seen the premium 3M vinyls and those I do not like. I also saw some cheapass shit and that I definitely do not want. A friend of mine at Elite Wrap in Cannes has a nice option, but I need to know the producer and brand of it. I have more homework to do. I also have a contact at a wrap vinyl importer so I am going to reach out to them in the coming days. Feel free to share a sample of the material so that I can see if it is decent stuff.

Yep. And that's what makes it rather expensive. Just a speedlimiter removal and one trackday for 2.5k euros...

My trackdays/driftdays cost me around € 350-400 a day depending...(ex tyrewear )

Option 7ME - M Drivers Package (V-Max delimited to at least 270 km/h or 168 mph).

Less easy to code than you may expect.

See for example here (other ///M cars):
https://www.press.bmwgroup.com/south...tem=node__4099 (South Africa)
http://f15.bimmerpost.com/forums/sho....php?t=1153622
http://www.bimmerfest.com/forums/att...hmentid=371145 (interesting PDF of 2013 - disclosing the bonus of including a rear spoiler in body color for most M models of that era - won't see that happening for the M2 this time around)

You can always take it later... No necessity to take that from the factory.

My car is built and on its way to the warehouse in Austria. Delivery in less than two weeks. This is way earlier than expected.

I was planning to go to the factory to see my car being built on the 18th, but that is not going to happen still I am going to the factory to see it all.

Mine should technically get here by the end of February. But BMW won't release them until April 16.

Super that will be great. Only problem I have with the carbon vinyls are that they do not look the same as the glossy carbon on the BMW M Performance parts. I want to be the same. I had a carbon wrap on my 135i and it was way too matte. I will check with my wrapping company what I will do.

MR
I have been looking online for a "glossy" version. I would agree. I want it to look like the one that is suppose to be on a M3/M4

I found something but the wrap specialists say it is not the best quality and applying is a tough job because the glossy part deforms when you heat up the wrap.

One thing to keep in mind with the Glossy CF vinyls is that there's usually two layers to those. the CF pattern and a clear glossy film over that. Water can and will get in between the two layers and create an undesired blotchy effect. I tried a few different companies on my current car 3M / AVERY.

Good luck gloss black is always a safe choice to. Or pay big bucks and do a real carbon fiber roof...

Yup tell me about it.... It is a difficult choice to make. Maybe we can do carbon and then PPF the carbon vinyl. The PPF vinyl then becomes the gloss layar. Not sure yet how to do it, need to double check with my wrap guy.

We are not there yet! I was amazed my contacts told me "Are you sure that even if your car is produced that it will be delivered on the 16th?" I was like "Uh...".

I will share more on the talks I had when a final outcome is presented in the coming days.
