19" CH-Rs in Titanium Matte with 245/265 Continentals. I liked the OEM, but I liked these more.

For those with FI-Rs - what tire sizes did you go with? Lowered? Rubbing issues?

I'm trying to gauge what will work best for my M2 without rubbing issues.

Attached are my cleaned up FI-Rs for fun...

If you`re planning to lower your car and tracking it, tires will rub front and back even with standard size 245/265.
FIR's offset was made for M4 wheelhouse/fenders.

I'm running KW CS 3-way coilovers with -3° front and -1.5° back on 245/265 Michelin PSC2 and have the same issues.

FIR rubs when lowered at front any time you fully turn, on street. Nothing else needed. Even on stock suspension/tire, it can rub. That anyone can see for themselves easily.

I get it vendor don't like the public awareness of this. And people have their ego and the desire of defending their purchase.

It's understandable that to many the slight rubbing doesn't really matter or is easily outweighed by the improved look. But people just need to be aware of the fact that FIR rubs and make their informed decision.

It shocks me that European and American M2 customers have been kept unaware for more than 4 years and till this day still allow some vendors to speak like rubbing is none existent.

Thanks for the feedback all! I think I'll stick with the original 245/265/35 size PS4s and live with a bit of stretch. Will also play with the camber to help mitigate things.

Not sure yet, as I don't have the car yet. And no those are platinum silver.
