TC Kline

Has anyone tried the TC Kline suspension or camber plates? I think they just came out.

The version that works with coilovers is great. I don't think anyone has tried it on OEM strut and springs(at least not bought from us. I think TC has sold a few himself), but that those who has can chime in anytime.

From what I understand TC Kline suspensions are well sorted and may be one of the best options out there.

I’m curious to hear opinions between the double adjustable TC Kline’s and the Ohlins R&T. TCK double adjustable comes in slightly higher priced, but includes camber plates whereas the ohlins don’t.
My M2 is primarily a daily driver with 10-15 track days at the Nürburgring, Hockenheim, and Spa along with high speed runs on the autobahn. Thanks in advance.

I have tckline camber plates with otherwise stock suspension. I have them set in the middle position all the time. In that position they have about -2.25 camber. A good setting for the track but does induce a little inner tire wear on the street.

Any reviews on the TC Kline Coilovers themselves? Only seen a couple post...

I have them

They are great. The config you want is the Double Adj rear, and Single Adj Front. The DA fronts are quite noisy.

You will want to adhere to TC's specs for setup with respect to Alignment and damper settings. Don't assume you know better. He's done extensive testing with the M2 and this setup. He knows what works.

I've done 4 track weekends so far and they perform brilliantly, and are just fine for the street.

Thanks. This is what I was hoping to get out of this post. Ease of adjustment for the rears? Imagine with the wheels off no problem, possible with them on?

Yes, you can get to them with wheels on.

Yes, you can get to both adjustments. You may have to jack the car up to get to the rebound adjustment, however.

Photos below are the newly designed rear double adjustable shocks.

Thanks but I have a question regarding what’s on your website. I don’t see the option for single adj front/double adjust rear. Seems either double for all, or single for all. TC Kline’s website has the single/double, but haven’t found that combo anywhere else.

Do you prefer to have that combo? It can be added to our site.

The double rear is to improve rear damping over the single adjustable damper. The single adjust is also very hard to adjust and removal of the shock is required.

PM, email or call us if you have other questions.

Yes I would be interested in that combination. Is the rear rebound adjusted via a Phillips screw? Hard to tell in the picture. Disregard that question, YouTube sometimes is a great thing...

Rebound is using a thin pin or a small allen key to make the adjustment through the window.

I'll PM you pricing on the combo you are after.

TC Kline Racing Camber Plates Installed

TC Kline Racing camber plates installed on M2 Competition using stock struts and springs.

-2.5 camber achieved on stock ride height using the middle setting on the camber plates. -3+ on the maximum setting but you may have clearance issues between the spring coil and the strut tower(mostly the undercoating and seam sealer).

Do these make noises? Even in winter?

Camber plates don't make noise unless you have a defective spherical bearing. However, you will get more road noise.

Are you looking to get camber plates on a stock suspension or coilovers?

Ok this isn't true but nevertheless, I won't argue.

We have track nuts here running GC plates on stock/mp suspension on M3 that still make noise. And GC plates are better than the vorshlags I had before.

I was hoping these TC plates were different since they seem to be limited (am I wrong) in comparison to GC plates.

Of course, you will have more noise with camber plates. It's all from the road and the internal noise of the strut that you couldn't hear before.

Agreed. I have no noise from my TCKline plates themselves. In place for 2 years+.
